Class 1 Architect Registration, People Republic of China (The National Administration Board of Architectural Registration) The Chinese Government had announced on January 7th, 2009 that 37 Taiwanese architects were qualified to acquire the Class 1 PRC Architect Registration. The name lists were carefully selected, and Kris Yao was among one of the 37.
The announcement brought positive connection to the architecture fields across the strait. One of the qualified architect indicated that, “All architects expect to enlarge their service scope; it is an opportunity for Taiwanese architects to increase their international experiences in today’s globalized world.” The list of the 37 architects was co-assistant provided by “the National Association of Architect, R.O.C.
