Sitting in front of an elevated MRT rail, this simple residential tower occupies a site of high visibility. The narrow site gives the building the opportunity for a slender and sleek façade. The design toys with the alteration of façade elements, despite the identical plans for all the residential units.

In addition to great attention to its material and details, this tower employs interlaced balconies, strategically planned façade components and punched parapets on its façade, creating a lively and eye-catching building amidst the busy central commercial district.
